Nathan Morris is a documentary and editorial photographer based in PA. He currently serves as a Staff Photographer for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
Nathan graduated with a Bachelor's in History from Rowan University while centering his interests in Genocide Studies. He also acquired minors in both German and International Studies and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Most recently, he finished his Master's in Journalism at New York University, where he focused on local community-based stories and spot news through various multimedia platforms. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, rooting for the Sixers, spending time with his loved ones (cats included), and immersing himself in society to learn about what makes each individual who they are.
His work can be seen in The Village Voice, Brooklyn Magazine, amNY, WHYY, Billy Penn at WHYY, Positive.News UK, and OurTown NY. Nathan is also alumni of the Eddie Adams Workshop XXXV.
With his photographs, Nathan’s goal is to capture moments with his camera; hoping that they will one day be considered as part of history in our future.
